It’s almost time for Kid’s Day Burlington! This year Kid’s Day will be taking place in June and not August so come join us as we kick off summer on June 24th from 10am-2pm at Mitchell Field in Burlington, right next to Mitchell Firehouse.
Almost 9 years ago, we had the desire to put on a free event that would be for everyone to attend and would be a fun-filled day! That desire has grown into what is now Kid’s Day Burlington, a free community event with amusements, games, inflatables, puppet shows, face painting, Chick-fil-A, Rita’s Water Ice, and so much more. The event has grown from 100 children the first year to almost 300 children last year! This is an opportunity to bless the children of our city and to spread the love of God through sharing His word and building relationships. Burlington City has some amazing kids and it is our desire and purpose to assist with meeting the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of the children and families in our community. To let them know they are seen, they are loved, they are valued, and they have hope.
This event is complete FREE and open to children of all ages and their families!
