This Sunday we had the pleasure of hearing from Abie and his mom, Peggy, as they shared about their recent trip to the Philippines. I encourage you to listen to their message and hear how they tell of how God has worked in and through “Christ to the Philippines” in these last 50 years, how He took seeds of obedience from a handful of young people and has turned it into hundreds of churches in multiple countries that have been used to save tens of thousands of souls.
If you are struggling with discouragement in any area of your life. If you have given up, walked away or are on the verge, please listen. I know that feeling, but I’ve also come to know God’s grace in the midst of it. I believe there is an answer, not to make the discouragement go away, but to face it, fight it and see the grace of God defeat it. I pray that this is a day where God changes everything, where He shows His heart through His Word and where we have the opportunity to do what He asks so that we can see Him do what He has promised.
