A month ago when our intercession topic was the coronavirus, how many of us thought that we would end up to getting to this point? The World Health Organization has deemed it a pandemic. Italy was completely taken unaware. The rumors from a friend in Spain is that starting tomorrow there may be a lawful quarantine, meaning no one is out, and they will send out their police forces and army to walk the streets to make sure no one is out on the streets. The virus is continuing to spread through Europe, there are some new parts of Asia that are now being affected, and we know where we are here in the USA. For those that are arguing about it, for those that have an opinion about it, yes it is an influenza, it is some sort of a flu, far more people recover from it than die because of it, but it is serious. It is spreading and there is not yet a vaccine for it and it’s worse effects are on the most vulnerable, the elderly and those whose health is already compromised. It is real! Just because it may not be real to you does not mean that it is not real. But I am not here today to preach about the virus or to question, complain, agree or disagree with the precaution that has been taken. The purpose today is to talk about three things that I see at work. One that we have in abundance, one seems that it’s been rationed and the third is desperately needed.
